ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Eligibility
Pre-Primary
To be eligible for admission, the child must fulfill the age limit specified below:

| Pre-Primary I (LKG) | The child must have completed 3 years by 31st December. |
| Pre-Primary II (UKG) | The child must have completed 4 years by 31st December. |
Admission Criteria
Admission is based on the performance in the Interaction / SSV Scholastic Assessment Tool (SSV-SAT). However, admission shall primarily depend on the performance of students.
Procurement of Registration Form
Registration forms can be downloaded from the below link, however fee for the same can be remitted while submitting the application form at our school office.
Alternatively, the same can be obtained from the school by paying a non- refundable fee. Registration form is non-transferable. However, the mere issue of Registration Form does not guarantee admission.
Submit Registration Form
The Registration form shall be submitted along with the following list of documents:
- Recent Passport size photograph
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Residential Proof
- Copy of Student Aadhaar Card
- Copy of Community Certificate (mandatory for communities other than OC)
- Copy of Recent Report card/Mark statement/Equivalence Certificate
Incomplete form will not be processed.
Mandatory: Original School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate should be submitted by the end of August 2020. (Applicable for classes UKG to IX)
Interaction
The date of INTERACTION for Pre-Primary will be intimated by SMS / E-mail/Phone. The child should be accompanied by the parents.
Students will be assessed on the following subjects in SSV Scholastic Assessment Tool (SSV-SAT) for the below mentioned Classes.
- For Classes I to III : English & Math
- For Classes IV & IX : English, Math, & II Language (Tamil)
The syllabus for SSV-SAT is based on the class in which the child is currently studying. Selected candidates will be intimated over phone/ SMS/ E-mail to appear for the one-to-one interaction with the Principal. Parents should accompany the child for the interaction round.
Payment of School Fee & Other Details
School Fee should be paid within 7 working days from the date of admission confirmation. Admission stands cancelled for applicants who fail to pay the fee on the stipulated date. No further enquiry or request in this matter shall be appreciated.
Mode of Payment
For Pre-Primary to Class IX, School Fee should be paid in following THREE simple ways
- By Cash at our Office
- By Cheque / DD in the name of "SHRI SHAKTHI VIDYALAYA N AND P SCHOOL" payable at Chennai
- By Online Fee Payment
- By NEFT

Regarding Uniform, Text Books and Note Books, details of Distribution Schedule will be intimated through WhatsApp / SMS / E-mail.
Office Hours
School Office shall remain closed on all Sundays & Public Holidays. Fee shall be accepted between 9.30 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on all Weekdays & 9.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon on Saturdays.
